Thomas Patterson was hired -- w/o any technical skill or management ability -- but bob wiley hired him as an accountant-- so he could "cook the books"
and Thomas W Bannach-- said every person he hired was a manager and you could and would lie to him and tell everyone he was a great manager, and you could lie about your co workers and miss-lead them, defraud and slander your co workers-- a little bit-- every day-- and as Bob wiley training john ten brink-- just so you don't get them in trouble--
